- Purchased the expansion on the wrong WoW account
- Claimed the upgrade key on the wrong game account
- Claimed my Collector's Edition on the wrong Battle.net account
If you recently purchased an upgrade for your World of Warcraft account from the Battle.net Shop, you can check if the order is eligible for a refund. If the order cannot be refunded, or you made your purchase from a different vendor, you may need to purchase an additional upgrade and add it to the correct account.
In very rare circumstances Customer Support can look into possible alternate solutions if contacted directly.
