- I chose the wrong Sanctum upgrade and I would like to refund the Anima spent on it
- I expected the Covenant Hearthstone to unlock a second location independent from the normal Hearthstone, like the Garrison Hearthstone does. Can I have the Anima I spent on it refunded?
Customer Support cannot assist with refunding Anima.
If you spent your Anima in buying a physical item such as the Covenant Hearthstone toy, gear, or a pet, you can have your Anima reimbursed within two hours of in-game time as long as you didn't use the item.
It is not possible to refund the Anima spent on a Sanctum Upgrades. Customer Support cannot assist with swapping your upgrade.
