Common Problems
- Can't access the Heroes Shop
- I get a "Sorry, there are no gems available at the moment. Please check back later." error
- The SC2 shop shows all prices as question marks
- Can't buy Gems for Heroes of the Storm
In-game purchases may not be possible in StarCraft II and Heroes of the Storm when paying in some currencies.
Most StarCraft II products can still be purchased in the Battle.net Shop.
Two Heroes of the Storm Bundles are available in the Battle.net Shop, while, most Heroes of the Storm cosmetics, (Hero skins, emotes, mounts, etc.,) can be obtained in-game using Gems. If you are unable to purchase gems through in-game shop, Gems are now available to purchase in the Battle.net shop.
Gems are not available for purchase in all regional currencies. These products can still be purchased using Gold earned in game.
