Recipient is a Free Trial Account and Cannot Receive Mail
Common Problems
- I have an active subscription and I'm trying to mail a BoA to my alt on this account but it's saying I can't send to trial account.
- Help, I sent mail to the wrong alt and don't have a sub on my other account
If you have sent mail to a character on an account that does not have a subscription, they will not be able to receive the mail. You can request for it to be sent back to you here.
If you see this error on an account that does have game time, please contact Customer Support.
