Note: Class Trial characters are not eligible to loot rare mounts.
Rare mounts are added to the game to provide exploration and discovery content and a reason for the community to work together and figure out the puzzles and secrets to obtain them. Customer Support cannot give hints or information that may help obtain these items as it would directly undermine the design decisions made by our developers.
Keep in mind that many of the rare and highly sought after items of this nature have hidden requirements, so we recommend working with other players on our forums or across fan sites. Wowhead comments are often a good source of information.
