Warcraft Rumble Coins Missing

Common Problems

I suddenly lost coins and now have a negative amount

You can confirm when your coins were earned and spent through your Virtual Wallet: 

  1. Click on Warcraft Rumble
  2. Under Arclight Coins, review the history
  3. Click Load More to display additional transactions

When receiving a refund for a Warcraft Rumble order, an equivalent amount of coins will be removed from your account equal to both coins and non-coin items. Check your Transaction History to confirm the status of your orders. Lost coins due to a refund must be purchased again through the shop.
