Common Problems
- I lost some progress on my character when the maintenance ended and I logged back in
- Missing items and progress after crashing or disconnecting from the game
- I looted the Mount from Lilith and now it is gone
Losing progress for a Diablo IV character should be exceedingly rare. In certain cases, server issues can cause recent character progress and looted items to disappear. Customer Support cannot restore missing progress or lost items.
