Can't Make In-game Purchases with Orbs in Diablo Immortal

Common Problems

  • I purchased Orbs in Immortal, but it won't let me convert them into Platinum
  • I can't buy crests with the orbs I purchased, even though they were delivered
  • I'm getting this error when I try to use my Eternal Orbs to purchase Platinum: "Shop is unavailable due to pending transactions, please try again later"

While orbs will be delivered for a pending purchase, they cannot be spent until the order processes completely. Purchases in a pending or queued state will result either in the shop being locked or simply not allow you to use the orbs from the recent purchase to make additional purchases.

To resolve the issue, wait until the order either processes or fails. It may take up to 72 hours for purchases in this state to process.

If the order is successful, log out of Immortal and back in after you see the status updated to Shipped in your Battle.net transaction history. If the order fails, it will disappear from your transaction history and the money for the purchase will be returned to the original form of purchase.

Customer Support cannot change the status of orbs or grant new ones.
