Can't Pick Up Quest - Greater Friend of the Library

There are several levels of the Greater Friend of the Library quest. If the quest you are attempting to complete is not showing up when you attempt to turn in books, make sure you have the earlier quests in the series turned in before you attempt the quest you're attempting to complete. You must have the books in your character's bags at the time you talk to the NPC. The quests will not appear if the books are in your bank.
