I purchased the wrong item with Kej and I would like to refund it.Most items can be refunded to a vendor within a time limit, usually two hours.
Progressing in the game after making a purchase will remove the option to refund the item, such as levelling up the character or entering instanced content like dungeons or battlegrounds.
If the refund timer has expired you can keep, sell, or destroy the item. Customer Service does not refund items.
