Common Problems
- I can't complete the event due to not being able to use the item!
- I got the approval but can't complete the event.
Our developers have investigated reports regarding this issue and have not identified any bugs. We encourage players to explore various resources, such as online guides, or discuss the matter with other players on our forums.
In order to participate in the Theater events, your character must have progress in the main campaign and completed Titanic Failsafe and Surface Bound.
If both of these have been completed and you cannot access the Theater, you discover a new issue or if you have further information about a potential unverified bug, please submit a new Bug report.
Note: Bugs submitted in-game do not receive a personal response. Instead, they'll be directed to the teams responsible for addressing them.
