Common Problems
- Can't seem to find NPC in place to start the quest.
- I abandoned the quest "Rally the People" and now I can't start it again.
Once you begin the Undermine Revolution for Ignite the Fuel of Change, you will be in a different phase until you either complete the entire quest chain or talk to Primrose Crankshaft to reschedule the revolution.
If you have rescheduled the revolution for later, you can resume it anytime by talking to Primrose Crankshaft again to continue those quests and rejoin that phase.
