The Catalyst Consumed My In-Game Currency and Did Not Convert Item
Common Problems
- Catalyst didn't convert my item to a tier piece, so I lost Essence of Kaja'mite for nothing
- Catalyst didn't convert my item and i lost my Ethereal Voidsplinters
The Catalyst allows you to convert items from the current season into the corresponding tier set piece.
While most gear can be converted, only items for select slots can become tier pieces: helms, shoulders, chests, gloves, and legs.
