Conqueror's Prized Lacquer Doesn't Upgrade Item Level
Common Problems
- Used the Conqueror's Prized Lacquer on my item but it didn't upgrade the item level
- Can't use the Conqueror's Prized Lacquer on my set piece.
Our developers have fixed the issue that was causing this problem. Any affected item should now have the upgraded item level.
