To add more challenge to your Revisited Horrific Visions Runs, you can unlock Faceless Masks.. More information about how to unlock these can be found in the Revisited Horrific Visions guide on our fansite Wowhead.
If you did the requirements correctly but did not receive a Faceless Mask, then please submit a Bug report. Customer Support cannot assist with granting credit for Faceless Masks or rewards.
