Unable to Complete Quest Durable Information Securing Container

We have received several reports of this issue and can confirm it is not working as intended. Players experiencing this issue have discovered that having an active Lorewalking adventure in progress can cause issues with being able to see NPCs. Return to the Lorewalking adventure and complete it and then try again, or use the "X" option on the Ask a Question interface, which is located on the right of the screen, which will end the active Lorewalking adventure.
