I cannot complete the Titan Disc-Count quest because I don't get shardsTitan Disc Shards are available throughout Overcharged Delves. Delves that are not overcharged will not have these shards.
If you are in Lorewalking mode, you will not be able to progress with non-Lorewalking quests until you leave that mode.
