Common Problems
- I have a buff on me called Play Scene and I can't do anything please help!
- In Lorewalking, my character is floating and I can't move
- Stuck and unable to move due to "Play Scene"
Our developers have fixed the issue that was causing this problem. Please try again. If your character remains stuck, please manually cancel the "Play Scene" buff by right-clicking it in your buff bar top right.
If you discover a new issue, please submit a new Bug report.
Note: Bugs submitted in-game do not receive a personal response. Instead, they'll be directed to the teams responsible for addressing them.
