Common Problems
- I keep opening more Hellcaller Chests but they stopped dropping any Hellstone Shards
- I just opened my first Hellcaller Chest and it was empty
Your first ten Hellcaller Chests weekly, across your Warband, will always yield Hellstone Shards. After that, they have a chance to yield additional Hellstone Shards, but they are not guaranteed. You can find more details about the Greedy Emissary event here.
If you opened one of your first ten Hellcaller Chests across your Warband for the week and it did not yield any Hellstone Shards, please submit a new Bug report.
Note: Bugs submitted in-game do not receive a personal response. Instead, they'll be directed to the teams responsible for addressing them.
