Common Problems
- My game is crashing because software on my computer is interfering with the game.
Your game is crashing due to interference from third-party software.
- If you are using third-party software that alters or automates aspects of the game, you will need to uninstall that software
- If you are running security software (anitvirus, etc.), configure your security software to allow our game to be played
- If you were not provided with a path to the interfering software - shut down all other programs on your computer until you find the one that is preventing the game from running
