Didn't Receive Rewards After Completing "More Than Just a Phase"

- I completed the quest More Than Just a Phase but didn't get the Untethered Coins or Reputation
The quest "More Than Just a Phase" rewards the Untethered Coins and reputation only on the first completion of the week. If you don't see these rewards when handing in the quest, it's likely a different character in your warband already completed the quest.
