Restored Coffer Key is not being awarded

Our developers have investigated reports regarding this issue and have not identified any bugs. There was a change and previous content caches will only drop key shards and not full restored coffer keys.   

Season 3 officially started the week of August 12th, and caches for the new content will drop fully restored keys.   Old content will still only drop coffer key shards.

If you discover a new issue or if you have further information about a potential unverified bug, please submit a new Bug report.
