Pandaria Celestial Hero Does Not Reward Celestial Riding Crane

Our developers have investigated reports submitted to them regarding this issue and have confirmed it is not a bug. The Pandaria Celestial Hero achievement does not reward the Celestial Riding Crane. Instead, the Reins of the Celestial Riding Crane have a chance to drop from a Satchel of Celestial Chance.
