Achievement Can't Be Completed - Keystone Hero: Halls of Atonement

Our developers have applied a fix for this problem to the live servers. Any missing achievement or reward should now be granted when the next keystone for the dungeon is completed within time. There are some reports that this fix is not working for all players, this is under investigation.
