I want to switch my StarCraft Remastered Standard Edition to the Prime Edition.
Common Problems
- I received a complete pack first edition as a gift, but it cannot be registered because I already have a license.
- I want to register and use it with the first edition key.
- When I try to register the first edition, I get a message saying that I already own the product.
The StarCraft: Remastered First Edition has additional benefits, including the main base skin, but the product itself has the same configuration and cannot be registered with an "I already own it" message when registering for an account that already owns the remaster.
If you already own the regular version and want to register for the first edition, you can request a replacement game key by checking the information below. The remastered regular game key registered in your account will be removed, and we can help you register the previously registered regular version to another account.
