Common Problems
- I want to delete this character but the game won't allow me cause I have mail and I can't access the mail since my account is in starter edition
- I can't get my achievement reward because I haven't upgraded
- I didn't have bagspace and my LFG bag was sent to my mailbox which I can't use
The following will prevent you from accessing in-game mail in World of Warcraft:
- Playing on a Starter Account
- Not having active game time
This is working as intended, but can be resolved by playing on a full account with active game time.
