Account Still Starter Edition After Expansion Upgrade
Common Problems
- I bought the game, and it says I own it, but it still says I'm on a Starter Edition account
- I purchased Dragonflight but cannot play more than level 20
A World of Warcraft account is not fully upgraded until you add game time or a subscription to it. Expansions don't always include game time. If the expansion product you purchased didn't include game time, you can add a subscription or purchase digital game time from the Battle.net Shop.
