Common Problems
- I paid for a faction change and I didn't receive it
- My character is locked after I attempted a faction change
- I purchased a faction change and it has not gone through yet
If your character is locked, please check our Character Locked After Paid Service article.
If you can log in to the character, check for any issues listed on our restrictions article and then try to Faction Change again.
A Faction Change can take an hour to complete. After you chose your race and features, you can play a different character, or log out. Customer Support cannot speed up the Faction Change process.
