Common Problems

  • I am missing the title and achi from the previous season
  • I can't find my Gladiator mount
  • I got 2400 rating in Solo Shuffle, but didn't get any achievements.

Participating in rated PvP activities is one of the many available aspects of playing World of Warcraft. These activities can reward glamorous and exciting rewards, especially for encounters with other players and teams at the higher and highest ratings. To preserve and uphold the status of these rewards, they come with several requirements and rules for both earning and keeping them.

If you did not earn an achievement or reward despite expecting one, we recommend checking the official forums and fansites for any news or updates. Ensure that your character still meets the requirements and remains eligible to earn these rewards, even after the season has ended and while a review process is being carried out. If you transfer or faction-change your character prior to the rewards being handed out, you run the risk of no longer being eligible to receive those rewards.

If you earned an achievement or reward from a previous season that has now been lost or went missing from your account, this can have various reasons why that happened. We recommend checking for the following:
- Check your registered Battle.net email for any account notices or eligibility change updates that occurred during the review process that takes place after each Season.
- Some rewards, such as titles, require that the achievement is earned again each season to keep using them.
- If you transferred your character to another Battle.net account while this was still possible, it is intended that you lost access to the reward. Rewards are part of your source Battle.net account's collection, and they will not be made available on the destination Battle.net account even if your character keeps the achievement. This is especially true for Gladiator mounts, which were changed to become account-wide during the Shadowlands expansion.
- Some rewards were only available to purchase or unlock in the season they were intended for, and can no longer be obtained. This is especially the case for older rewards, such as some Elite PvP sets and PvP Illusions.
