Common Problems
- I reached 2000 rating back in BFA Season 1 but I don't have the appearances
- I got the 2k Elite achievement in Legion but cannot buy the PVP appearances
- I had the Warlords Elite set and deleted it, I want to restore it for transmog
Our developers have investigated reports regarding this issue and have not identified any bugs. If you are missing an achievement or reward from a previous season, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- You transferred your character to another Battle.net account while this was still possible, Rewards are part of your source Battle.net account's collection, and they will not be made available on the destination Battle.net account even if your character keeps the achievement
- The reward was only available to be purchased or unlocked during its current season and can no longer be obtained
- The reward requires that the achievement is earned again each season
- Your account was disqualified due to an account action or eligibility change
If you discover a new issue or if you have further information about a potential unverified bug, please submit a new Bug report.
Customer Support cannot assist with restoring PvP rewards or achievements.
Note: Bugs submitted in-game do not receive a personal response. Instead, they'll be directed to the teams responsible for addressing them.
