Premium edition cosmetics included in Sea of Thieves are available now to use in-game. There is no code or claim necessary. Once you have logged into the game through the Battle.net App, your cosmetics are distributed to the first linked Xbox account. If you change your Xbox account, you will not receive the cosmetics on the new account.
