Didn't Receive Ethereal Crests After Completing Quest "Cracked Keystone"
Common Problems
- I was capped on Runed and Gilded ethereal crests when completing the quest Cracked Keystone, so I didn't get the rewards from the quest.
We are aware of a bug that prevented characters from receiving the 15 Gilded and 15 Runed Ethereal Crests from the quest "Cracked Keystone", if it was completed while at the weekly crest limit. The bug was hotfixed and affected players will receive compensation through the mail.
Please remain patient if you received your compensation letter but didn't actually get the crests. Our developers are aware of the issue and are working to correct it now.
Customer Support will not manually provide this compensation.
