Can't Upgrade Gear in the War Within - Crests Missing
Common Problems
- My helm is grayed out when I went to upgrade
- My items no longer show the upgrade path
- All my crests have been wiped out
The War Within Season 2 ended August 5 (US) / August 6 (EU). Any gear from Season 2 can no longer be upgraded and all unused Season 2 Crests have been removed from the game.
Season 3 starts August 12 (US) / August 13 (EU).
